Getting Started

As soon as you tell us you want to start, we will do whatever it takes to get you started as soon as possible.  We will work with your current billing situation.

You do it or we do it or we both do it:
You can enter your files and balances online or you can fax us your last bills and current time, cost and payments. You can also do both, enter some of your data and have us enter some.

Timing:

There is no reason you cannot start the day you decide you are ready to go. If you fax us what you have in the morning, we will key it up and make it available for you to download. You can do it in stages or all at once.

Data:
We need client names and addresses, file names, attorney initials, rates, billed but unpaid balances and any unbilled fees and costs.

Help:
You will be assigned a billing staff person and a back up billing staff person to help you with the process.
